This video shows a simple but effective forearm setup, using an extra Bone (and Node) to enable Forearm twist.
We’re also removing hand twist from the hand-bone, and controlling it with the wrist from the new node. This setup is more based in reality, and will allow more accurate deformations (though weight-maps would be recommended) and faster manipulation when posing your charcter.
There’s some extra video added on at the end describing what could be a pitfall if you’re not aware of it, but is a very useful little feedback tool if you are
This is dumb-bells on the end of your ‘high-bar’ which indicate that an objects rotation is outside its set limits. Here’s an image too, because it will be hard to see on the video.
